Whether you now have time to play with the kids, read a good book, make a home cooked meal or do nothing at all. We know this is not a glamorous job but we do it because we love it!
Custom Cleaning prices are for homes 1500 sq feet or less:
Kitchen: $35 - Includes wiping of countertops, items on counter, cabinets, inside of microwave, hood, stovetop, sink, appliances, baseboards, empty trash and vacuum and mop floors. Does not include cleaning the refrigerator or eat in area/breakfast nook.
Fridge: $25 - Optional on all homes.
Pantry: Includes organize, wipe and straighten shelves, vacuum and mop floor and discard items that are expired, $40 walk in, $30 single door.
Bathrooms: Includes mirrors, dusting decor, cleaning of shower, vanity, tub, toilet, baseboards, removal of trash, vacuuming and mopping floors.
$30 Master sized or bathrooms with separate shower and tub
$25 midsize bathrooms with either shower or tub
$20 half baths with no tub or shower
Porch / Patio: $25/$35 Includes wiping down furniture, shake off mat and furniture cushions, glass sliding doors, sweep and mop or if it is not enclosed we will spray it off with your hose.
Closets: Includes straightening of clothing, re-hanging with your hangers, refolding, organize shoes and accessories, vacuuming (mop if tile)

$25 Single door closet
Change Sheets: $8 per bed. Includes removal of dirty linens, replace with fresh linens and straighten and organize of decorative pillows
Dusting: $10 per room and includes dusting fans and baseboards as well as wiping furniture and window sills and ledges
Floors: $8 for carpet per room and $12 per room for hard floor. Includes vacuuming and moving small items for carpet and under bed if accessible or vacuuming and mopping with steam or bona for hard floor services.
