House/Office Cleaning Simple Rate Pricing is Below- prices are based on how large the space is not how long it may take or how messy you may be

We are focused on all the details of your home/office. From the inside of the fridge to basic laundry, sheets and of course all the dusting, mopping, vacuuming and straightening.

We are available for a one time clean (move in/out or refresh), special event cleaning, along with weekly, bi-weekly or monthly services.

We are not the cheapest cleaning service in town but we do think we are the best for the service. We go above and beyond any standard guideline. We are confident that after trying many other services you will choose us. So much so that if you feel we cost too much we will be happy to provide comparisons for other cleaning services, at no charge and give you all the information so you can set up an appointment with them. If they work, Great. If not we hope you think of us.

Initial Cleaning Rate may change if condition of home exceeds average living.
This rarely happens but we need for you to be aware.
We do not charge by the hour but offer a set rate for each home. Whether it takes 2 hours or 4 hours we stay to get the home clean. Each home is with a minimum of 2 crew members
What Else We Offer
House Sitting rates are $15.00 per day and include, light rotation, bringing in the mail, taking out the trash and general overlook that your home is safe. Can include feeding small caged pets. (Fish and hamsters)
Errand Service rates are $18.00 per person per hour or $30 for two people per hour. Some services included in this price. If you need it we can do it!
Grocery Shopping- $22.00 per location plus the cost of groceries. This includes shopping, delivery to your home and cold items placed in fridge or freezer.
